Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of CreaterOS. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Questions: sweharshgautam@gmail.com.

The service

CreaterOS publishes content from your Google Drive to the Instagram accounts you connect, on the schedule you set, and can generate captions, alt text and background music with AI.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 and able to agree to these terms.
• Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity in your account.
• Only connect Instagram and Google accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.

Your content

• You keep all rights to your content. You give us permission to process it only as needed to run the service (for example, to publish it and to generate captions for it).
• You are responsible for what is published through your accounts, including AI-generated captions — review your settings and use "Test the flow" to check results.
• You must have the rights to the content you publish and must follow Instagram's and Google's terms and community guidelines.
• Music we add to Reels comes from public-domain (CC0) libraries. Platforms may still occasionally flag audio; we cannot guarantee they won't.

Acceptable use

Don't use CreaterOS to publish unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content, to spam, to break platform rules or rate limits, to access accounts that aren't yours, or to interfere with the service. We may apply usage limits to keep the service reliable and fair.

Third-party platforms

CreaterOS depends on Instagram, Google and other providers. Their availability, rules and limits are outside our control; features may change or stop working when they change, and a post may occasionally fail or be delayed.

Availability and changes

We work to keep CreaterOS running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, add or remove features and will update these terms when needed; continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.

Ending your use

You can stop using CreaterOS and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk.

Disclaimer and liability

CreaterOS is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data, or for actions of third-party platforms, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
